Every deck Colorado Deck Experts builds for a paid-in-full agreement is backed by a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty, with one client-approved punch list completed before the warranty takes effect. Your investment is protected long after the crew leaves your property.
The Colorado Deck Experts Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers the quality of the work performed on your project. If a workmanship issue develops after your project is complete and your punch list is signed off, Colorado Deck Experts stands behind the work and makes it right.
Every decking product, railing system, and structural component Colorado Deck Experts installs carries its own manufacturer warranty.
Warranty may vary depending on the manufacturer
